TRAIL DESCRIPTIONS
The trails which I have developed or helped to design are shown in the first section at the right (Interpretive Trails). They were designed for the contemplative walker who is willing to engage with the full range of interpretive opportunities, ranging from the appreciation of the natural ambience of a minimally altered landscape to the exploration of relevant local history. Many trails incorporate informative panels; these are amplified further in the associated website text which is linked to the trail descriptions.
The second section includes descriptions of other local trails with which I was not directly involved. The information presented is based on personal familiarity.
